Mini Quiches



Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet pie crust, thawed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pie crust into small circles and place them in a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide ham and cheese among the crust-lined muffin cups.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the quiches are set.
  7. Serve warm.
