Mini Quiches
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet pie crust, thawed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pie crust into small circles and place them in a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Divide ham and cheese among the crust-lined muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the quiches are set.
- Serve warm.
