Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Pastry Puffs



Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
