Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
