Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 12 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
