Stuffed Mushrooms



Ingredients:

  • 20 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
