Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 20 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, mix chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
